Executive Meeting

So, as some of you may have heard, your executive board has been hard at work preparing our fraternity for it re-emergence into the active Greek scene. We had a meeting last Thursday night and discussed many topics that are of concern to our future, such as housing, recruitment, etc. One of the main things we discussed was our next recruitment week. We have planned two weeks of recruiting events and we look forward to seeing ou all there. The following events are what we currently have planned. Leave a comment and tell me what you think. Our recruiting will kick off immediately after spring break and we'll start it off by watching our UH Cougars baseball team battle it out against Louisiana/Lafayette on March 24 at 6:30 pm. The following Friday, we have a tentative hookah session planned. Details will follow. Then, on the 30th, we have a BBQ planned at the ZBT house. I'm looking forward to the food. That Thursday, which is the 2nd, we plan on playing basketball as a group over at the Recreational Center. Last, but not least, we will all come to the ZBT house again on Saurday at 6:30 pm to watch the last of the FInal Four matchup. We ook forward to seeing the full participation from every brother who is interested in watching our fraternity reemerge and go on to heights that some said was impossible.

Shirt Ideas

So I have several ideas for new shirts, but I want to run them by everybody first. This will be one of the topics at tonight's meeting, but if yuou want an early view of one of my designs, here it is. The shirt would be all black with our fraternity name on the front in gold alongside a cougar symbol. If you have an ideas, sketch them out and give it to me. Or talk to me about your idea, and I can try to create it myself.

Tonight's Meeting

Greetings, Brothers!!
Tonight's meeting is going to be an important meeting. I would be delighted if each and every one of my brothers would make himself accountable to help his brothers come to tonight's meeting. Many issues will be discussed and many announcements concerning our future will be made. I look forward to seeing you tonight. Please make attendance of tonight's meeting a priority. See you tonight!
